THE CONDO

This two-bed, two bath condo stands in a spacious, breezy five acre communal garden that leads right onto the ocean shore where the surf crashes and dawn breaks.

 

The condo is on the upper floor and looks down onto the nearby communal pool and out through palms and casuarina trees to a glimpse of the sea.

 

There is a large balcony where you can relax and read after swimming, golf or exploring. The centre of the garden has shady sitting areas and a barbecue where you can grill the catch of the day - or carry your coffee down to the gazebo overlooking the wide, wild, romantic beach.

The development is tranquil and, being over twenty years old, enjoys mature gardens and much more space than is often the case with newer properties.

 

Neighboring condos do not overlook you, but the inhabitants are friendly! It is well maintained with an excellent, conscientious management team (office hours) to look after you. Laundry facilities are on site, are communal and coin-operated.


The condo itself consists of two double bedrooms with air-conditioning and ceiling fan - although from December to March the sea breeze is often enough to keep you comfortable at night.

 

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC, with vanity units in the bedrooms. The living space is over 30 feet long with dining area and sitting area separated by a kitchen with breakfast bar.

 

That wonderful sun streams in every morning and the kingbirds twitter from the palm trees nearby.

Location

15C Island Paradise is situated on the Atlantic coast of St Kitts, a few
hundred yards south of the Marriott with its many amenities, and right next to the golf course.

​

There is a taxicab point just outside the property. You will be only three miles away from the airport and Basseterre, the capital city.

 

The Caribbean beach is only a ten minute walk or a two minute drive. There is a grocery store, a café and an Italian restaurant within 200 yards and other restaurants within an easy walk.

Island Paradise Beach Village

Set within five acres of mature gardens with many shady trees, the development offers a swimming pool and barbecue area.


There is a coin-operated laundry facility just across the gardens. The office with its efficient management team is located near the road frontage and opening hours are 8am to 4pm weekdays. There is a busy team of gardeners and maintenance men and should you want maid service occasionally that can be arranged.

The Condo 15C

The 2-bed, 2-bath accommodation occupies the upper floor of one of the small buildings scattered around the grounds.

 

It is right next to the swimming pool with a large balcony facing south. There is off-street parking in a quiet private road behind the condos.

 

The Atlantic beach is accessed via a gate at the far end of the communal gardens, about 100 yards away. There is outdoor furniture for eating and relaxing on the balcony, and loungers are available down in the garden and beside the beachside gazebo.

The Condo offers:

WiFi, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with U.S. style electric
cooker with hob, and large fridge with freezer compartment.

​

Beds are made up ready for guests’ arrival and there is a linen cupboard with plenty of spares.
Towels are provided.

 

The bedrooms have air con units plus ceiling fans, the living area has a ceiling fan.

 

The condo is equipped with burglar bars and keys are accessed via an external key box with access code.
