As a family of four we stayed in this condo for a week in March 2017.

First off the area is fantastic.  We enjoyed taking our morning coffee down by the seawall watching the waves.  There is a grocery store a short walk away with most everything you need including the fabulous local rum.  We usually drove over to Frigate Bay to enjoy the beach and all the beach bars.  Sometimes we had to walk back and pick up the car later.   It's a pleasant walk.

The condo itself is great.  Exactly as advertised.   It was well equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast and a lunch before heading out for the days adventures.  The air conditioning kept up nicely with the warm weather and we slept well in the beds that were almost as comfy as home.  Having a cell phone to use was a nice touch.  We didn't use it but it was nice to know it was there.  The complex is very well maintained and the pool was a nice place to hang out

Sue made the process of booking very easy.  She returned our emails promptly (sometimes within minutes) and answered all our questions.   She also provided detailed instructions on how to find the place ( very easy).

The bottom line is we will be booking with Sue again the next time we are in St Kitts.   It's the perfect home base to explore everything the beautiful island has to offer.

We had a good holiday in St. Kitts in January, and found that Island Paradise was a very good place to base ourselves.   Everywhere in St. Kitts is easily reachable within a day, and the office attached to the Island Paradise development was very good at telling us how to get there.

15C is a large first floor apartment, comfortably furnished and facing the morning sun.   The evening sun did not enter the apartment, which by then was welcome.  The bedrooms are air conditioned, very necessary for any sleep.   We self-catered most of the time, but when we felt idle we found several good restaurants within easy reach.

Island Paradise has its own pool, which we found much more convenient than sea bathing.   All in all, it was a good place to be.

My husband and I stayed at the condo in January 2017 for over a week.

The condo was clean and bright, and had everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed its location close to shops and amenities and in walking distance of the beach.

Sue was very friendly and answered our questions before the trip, and the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider renting this condo again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 15c in January/ February this year.

The condo has all the equipment you could possibly need on your stay. We found it clean and comfortable, with the use of a swimming pool and barbecue facilities. We enjoyed morning walks along the Atlantic beach which is just outside the gardens. There are plenty of good eating places with in walking distance, and the Caribbean Sea is just 10 minutes away. We will definitely return soon.

We stayed at Island Paradise 15C in late March 2019. We were a group of 3 ladies, one a first time visitor to St. Kitts, one a 2nd time visitor and myself who has travelled to the island 20+ times.

We all loved our stay at Island Paradise and found the condo exactly as depicted on the website. Sue (owner) is very forthcoming in her description of the condo and doesn’t describe it as anything other than what it is. As many previous posters have said, the condo is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable, including plenty of dishes/cookware, a coffee maker, beach towels and good Wifi. We loved our evenings on the balcony sipping wine and just enjoying life and the beautiful breezes. Being able to go for ocean walks each morning and hearing the waves crashing from the condo balcony was a huge bonus for all of us. There are numerous very good restaurants all within walking distance and the Frigate Bay strip is a 10 minute stroll away. Sue has left a small binder on the kitchen island with some very good recommendations of places to go, restaurants to try, etc.

St. Kitts is an island to be explored so if that is your plan, I would recommend a car rental (I highly recommend Bullseye). If driving isn’t your thing, there is a taxi stand practically outside your door, either walk over or call them using the prepaid phone that is left in the condo for local calls (very handy!). I always confirm the price before getting in the taxi, just so there aren’t any surprises. I could go on and on about the beauty that is St. Kitts but wanted to make this review more about the condo itself. If you are an easy to please person, and want a good home base for your stay in St. Kitts, I would highly recommend 15C at Island Paradise.

We plan on making this an annual ladies’ trip and would be very happy to stay here again. Sue is great to work with and answers all questions/concerns on a timely basis. I should also note I have stayed in many different accommodations in the Frigate Bay area of St. Kitts, and Island Paradise is my favourite.

This was the perfect spot to call home during our week in St. Kitts.  Clean, safe, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing in every way. We spent our evenings on the deck overlooking the ground and the Atlantic, sipping Caribs and breathing in the warm ocean air - in shorts and sandals even at 10pm.

Mornings were spent with the sliding glass doors wide open, having eggs cooked up in the well-equipped kitchen, or else coconut scones from a nearby bakery bought the night before.  Exotic little birds hopped right up on to the coffee table to say hello - we identified these guys with the fun bird watching books available in the condo, but we won't spoil the surprise.

The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great.  The pool just outside was very refreshing the couple of times we dipped in, but we prefer the beach and floating in the warm Caribbean sea.

You can get a few essentials at the walking-distance Ram's express market, but if you really like to cook you should make the trip to the much larger Ram's in Bird Rock, or ValuMart.  It's great to pick up some snacks and basics, but don't eat in too much; you might miss out on some of the best food you'll ever have, like Lion Rock on Cockleshell Beach, Cathy's and Mr. X's on the Caribbean beach just a quick walk away, ShipWreck beach bar, Sprat Net (lobster!), and Bombay Blues (incredible Indian food, also just steps away).

We rented a car from Avis (you get miles from American Airlines when you do, which will help to us return ASAP), and there is ample parking behind the unit.

The owner, Sue, was friendly, quick to respond, and helped us to prepare for our trip.  We had such a great time here that we already have our next stay booked.
